I am a life and career coach who assists successful professionals burdened by demanding workloads & unrealistic expectations. I work with them when they are stressed, confused & undervalued so they can refocus on self-care & build practical coping mechanisms for achieving not only professional but also personal success.
I’ve spent over 20 years building a distinguished career in the corporate high-tech industry. The rewards were real, but so was the cost. Urgent deadlines, unrealistic expectations & relentless pressure brought to a breaking point.
The constant stress became almost unbearable at times and I realised I needed help. My coach provided support and guidance to empower me with the distinctions that increased my self-awareness & perspective on work experience. He provided the tools & framework for creating personal & professional growth. The result was life-changing.
Consequently, I left corporate life with my renewed calling. My wife and I invested in a hearing aid centre to help people with hearing loss.
Furthermore, I decided to utilize my 20 years of corporate experience & insights to create a life coaching platform. I do this with the intention to help people navigate work, life & everything in between.
